FUT • 3200 grafts
Very good but not perfect
I chose Gabel Hair Restoration Center after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. FUT with 3200 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 7 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. The total came to $10,400 including everything — hard to beat that price.The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations — no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.

Sapphire FUE • 4500 grafts
Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Gabel Hair Restoration Center was okay but not exceptional. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. The Sapphire FUE procedure (4500 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 6 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. It ran me about $5,100 all things considered.The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
