I'll be honest — The Lumen Center was neither terrible nor amazing. Dr. Andrew Kwak and the team were fantastic. The procedure itself (3200 grafts, FUE) was professional. But I felt a bit rushed during consultation and the recovery instructions could have been clearer. 4 months in, growth is coming along but slowly. Some areas seem thinner than expected. I'm still hopeful the final result will be good since I know full results take 12-18 months. Would rate higher if communication was better.

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for The Lumen Center but was left disappointed. The Sapphire FUE procedure (4200 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 5 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. Paid $14,800 for the procedure.The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.
