Decent results, mixed experience

My experience at Nida Esth' Medical Centre was okay but not exceptional. Dr. Piya Rungruxsiri, Dr. Sunida Yuthayotin and the team were fantastic. The Sapphire FUE procedure (4500 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 18 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
