Decent results, mixed experience

My experience at Rosanelli Medical Associates was okay but not exceptional. Dr. Dr. Tom Rosanelli personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. The FUT procedure (1800 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 14 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. Paid $11,700 for the procedure.The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
