Sapphire FUE • 1500 grafts
Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for The Miami Hair Clinic but was left disappointed. The lead surgeon was very experienced and took time to explain each step. The Sapphire FUE procedure (1500 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 5 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. It ran me about $6,600 all things considered.The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.

Best decision I ever made
Where do I even start? I researched clinics for over a year before choosing The Miami Hair Clinic and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Dr. Phillip Craft personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. Had 3500 grafts Sapphire FUE done and the results have been phenomenal. The facility was clean and modern, staff was friendly and attentive. Recovery was smoother than expected — I was back to work in about a week. 12 months in and my hair looks better than it did in my twenties. My confidence is through the roof. If you're on the fence, just do it.
