TransplantMatch is an online platform that provides information about hair transplant clinics, pricing comparisons, and related educational content. We connect users with verified clinic partners through our matching and lead generation tools. We do not perform medical procedures.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require you to provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Clinic Listings
Clinic information, ratings, and pricing displayed on TransplantMatch are compiled from public sources, clinic-provided data, and user reviews. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Clinics may pay for enhanced placement or featured listings.
5. Lead Generation Disclaimer
When you submit a consultation request or contact form, your information may be shared with one or more partner clinics. By submitting such requests, you consent to being contacted by these clinics. TransplantMatch may receive referral fees from partner clinics. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
6. No Medical Advice
Content on TransplantMatch is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified, board-certified physician before making any medical decisions. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from information found on this site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on TransplantMatch are owned by or licensed to Weed Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. User-submitted content grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it.
8. Limitation of Liability
TransplantMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to clinic selection, medical outcomes, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TransplantMatch, Weed Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
