Solid clinic, good results
Had my Sapphire FUE procedure (3800 grafts) at Beverly Hills Hair Restoration about 18 months ago. The facility was professional and clean. Procedure took about about 8 hours. Results are good — not perfect, but definitely a massive improvement. The hairline looks natural and density is decent. I might consider a small touch-up session in the future for the crown area, but overall I'm happy. $8,600 well spent in my opinion.Communication could have been a bit better during the recovery phase but the results make up for it.

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for Suzermed Hair Transplant Clinic but was left disappointed. The FUE procedure (2800 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 6 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. Total cost was $3,500.The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.
