Miami, USA β€’ FUE β€’ 4200 Grafts β€’ 9mo post-op

Best decision I ever made

Where do I even start? I researched clinics for over a year before choosing Foundation for Hair Restoration and I'm so glad I did. Had 4200 grafts FUE done and the results have been phenomenal. The facility was clean and modern, staff was friendly and attentive. Recovery was smoother than expected β€” I was back to work in about a week. 9 months in and my hair looks better than it did in my twenties. My confidence is through the roof. Paid $7,800 all-in and feel it was excellent value. If you're on the fence, just do it.

Pros

  • + Clean facility
  • + Doctor-led procedure
  • + Modern equipment
  • + Minimal scarring

Cons

  • βˆ’ Post-op kit was basic
  • βˆ’ Phone support hours limited

London, UK β€’ FUE β€’ 2500 Grafts β€’ 8mo post-op

Exceeded my expectations

Went to DHI London after a friend recommended them. The consultation was thorough β€” they didn't try to oversell me on grafts I didn't need. Ended up getting 2500 grafts via FUE. The day of the procedure was long but manageable, they kept me comfortable with breaks and entertainment. 8 months later the results speak for themselves. Natural hairline, good density, minimal scarring in the donor area. Paid $12,400 all-in and feel it was excellent value.Really happy with my choice.

Pros

  • + Minimal scarring
  • + Clean facility
  • + Airport transfer included

Cons

  • βˆ’ Shedding phase was stressful

Sydney, Australia β€’ FUE β€’ 2200 Grafts β€’ 6mo post-op

Very good but not perfect

I chose Hair Doctors after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. FUE with 2200 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 6 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. Cost me $6,400 which I thought was very fair for the quality. The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations β€” no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.

Pros

  • + Hotel arranged
  • + Great density
  • + Minimal scarring

Cons

  • βˆ’ Had to fly back for follow-up
