Happy with the outcome
Decided to go with Bosley - Hair Restoration & Transplant - Dallas for my hair transplant after reading a lot of reviews. Julie Karnes Kilgore, M.D. and the team were fantastic. Got 3200 grafts FUE. The experience was professional from consultation through procedure. Recovery was as expected — some swelling for a few days, shedding around week 3. At 9 months I'm seeing good growth and natural results. Cost me $5,200 which I thought was very fair for the quality.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the before/after photos they showed didn't quite match my outcome. But I'd still recommend them to friends and family.

Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Gabel Hair Restoration Center was okay but not exceptional. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. The Sapphire FUE procedure (4500 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 6 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. It ran me about $5,100 all things considered.The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
