Very good but not perfect
I chose McGrath Medical after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. FUE with 1500 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 7 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations — no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.

Exceeded my expectations
Went to Hair Transplants Melbourne after a friend recommended them. The lead surgeon was very experienced and took time to explain each step. The consultation was thorough — they didn't try to oversell me on grafts I didn't need. Ended up getting 4500 grafts via FUT. The day of the procedure was long but manageable, they kept me comfortable with breaks and entertainment. 14 months later the results speak for themselves. Natural hairline, good density, minimal scarring in the donor area. $13,100 well spent in my opinion.Really happy with my choice.
