Outstanding experience from start to finish
I traveled from Europe for my DHI at Bosley Hair Restoration & Transplant - Atlanta. The lead surgeon was very experienced and took time to explain each step. Everything was well organized — airport pickup, hotel arrangements, the works. The procedure day was about around 6 hours and I was surprised how little pain there was. Got 2500 grafts and the hairline design was exactly what I wanted. Now 14 months post-op, I keep getting compliments from people who have no idea I had anything done. That's the best review I can give — it looks completely natural. Cost me $7,000 which I thought was very fair for the quality.

Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Capilea Mexico City was okay but not exceptional. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. The Sapphire FUE procedure (3200 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 10 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.

Life-changing results
I can't say enough good things about my experience at Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, everything was top-notch. Dr. Dr. Robert J. Reese personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. The procedure itself was around 6 hours and surprisingly comfortable. I opted for DHI with 1800 grafts to address my frontal area. The team was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease throughout. Now at 12 months post-op, I'm seeing amazing density and a completely natural-looking hairline. The shedding phase around week 3-4 was nerve-wracking, but they warned me about it. New growth started coming in around month 3-4 and has been filling in steadily since. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering this.
