Very good but not perfect
I chose Medical Hair Transplant & Aesthetics after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. FUE with 4500 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 11 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations — no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.

I'll be honest — DHI Thailand was neither terrible nor amazing. Dr. Dr. Tee, Dr. Paulomi personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. The procedure itself (4200 grafts, FUE) was professional. But I felt a bit rushed during consultation and the recovery instructions could have been clearer. 5 months in, growth is coming along but slowly. Some areas seem thinner than expected. Paid $2,900 for the procedure.I'm still hopeful the final result will be good since I know full results take 12-18 months. Would rate higher if communication was better.

Outstanding experience from start to finish
I traveled from the US for my Sapphire FUE at Forhair Korea. Oh Sung Kwon and the team were fantastic. Everything was well organized — airport pickup, hotel arrangements, the works. The procedure day was about 6-7 hours and I was surprised how little pain there was. Got 4000 grafts and the hairline design was exactly what I wanted. Now 10 months post-op, I keep getting compliments from people who have no idea I had anything done. That's the best review I can give — it looks completely natural.

Great results, minor hiccups
Overall very pleased with my DHI at Dr. Jahnke & Colleagues - Exclusive Hair Transplantation. Dr. Irina Jahnke and the team were fantastic. Got 1800 grafts and the results at 16 months are looking really good. The hairline design is natural and the density is building nicely. My only complaints are minor — I had more swelling than they suggested I would. But honestly, these are small things compared to the outcome. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would I recommend Dr. Jahnke & Colleagues - Exclusive Hair Transplantation? Yes, with the caveat that don't judge results until at least 8-9 months.
