Best decision I ever made
Where do I even start? I researched clinics for over a year before choosing Bosley - Hair Restoration & Transplant - San Francisco and I'm so glad I did. The lead surgeon was very experienced and took time to explain each step. Had 1800 grafts Sapphire FUE done and the results have been phenomenal. The facility was clean and modern, staff was friendly and attentive. Recovery was smoother than expected — I was back to work in about a week. 14 months in and my hair looks better than it did in my twenties. My confidence is through the roof. Cost me $6,600 which I thought was very fair for the quality.If you're on the fence, just do it.

Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Ziering Medical was okay but not exceptional. The FUT procedure (3000 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 4 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
