Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Rosanelli Medical Associates was okay but not exceptional. Dr. Dr. Tom Rosanelli personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. The FUT procedure (1800 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 14 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. Paid $11,700 for the procedure.The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.

Exceeded my expectations
Went to The Toronto Hair Transplant Clinic after a friend recommended them. The consultation was thorough — they didn't try to oversell me on grafts I didn't need. Ended up getting 3800 grafts via DHI. The day of the procedure was long but manageable, they kept me comfortable with breaks and entertainment. 12 months later the results speak for themselves. Natural hairline, good density, minimal scarring in the donor area. Cost me $5,000 which I thought was very fair for the quality.Really happy with my choice.
