Very good but not perfect
I chose Hermest Hair Transplant Clinic after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. DHI with 2800 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 16 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. The total came to $3,700 including everything — hard to beat that price.The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations — no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.

Best decision I ever made
Where do I even start? I researched clinics for over a year before choosing Biltmore Hair Restoration and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Dr. Scott Alexander personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. Had 1800 grafts Sapphire FUE done and the results have been phenomenal. The facility was clean and modern, staff was friendly and attentive. Recovery was smoother than expected — I was back to work in about a week. 14 months in and my hair looks better than it did in my twenties. My confidence is through the roof. The total came to $8,600 including everything — hard to beat that price.If you're on the fence, just do it.

Happy with the outcome
Decided to go with HairPalace Hair Transplant Clinic for my hair transplant after reading a lot of reviews. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. Got 4000 grafts FUE. The experience was professional from consultation through procedure. Recovery was as expected — some swelling for a few days, shedding around week 3. At 9 months I'm seeing good growth and natural results. $3,500 well spent in my opinion.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the aftercare products they recommended were overpriced. But I'd still recommend them to friends and family.
