Great results, minor hiccups
Overall very pleased with my DHI at The Harley Street Hair Clinic. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. Got 4000 grafts and the results at 12 months are looking really good. The hairline design is natural and the density is building nicely. My only complaints are minor — I had more swelling than they suggested I would. But honestly, these are small things compared to the outcome. $9,400 well spent in my opinion.Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would I recommend The Harley Street Hair Clinic? Yes, with the caveat that don't judge results until at least 8-9 months.

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for The Lumen Center but was left disappointed. The Sapphire FUE procedure (4200 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 5 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. Paid $14,800 for the procedure.The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.
