Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for Haarzentrum an der Oper but was left disappointed. Dr. Stefan Duve and the team were fantastic. The Sapphire FUE procedure (4200 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 18 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. It ran me about $6,800 all things considered.The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.

Great results, minor hiccups
Overall very pleased with my Sapphire FUE at Haarzentrum an der Oper. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. Got 4500 grafts and the results at 10 months are looking really good. The hairline design is natural and the density is building nicely. My only complaints are minor — the waiting room was a bit cramped. But honestly, these are small things compared to the outcome. Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would I recommend Haarzentrum an der Oper? Yes, with the caveat that book your follow-up appointments early.
