Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at North Atlanta Hair Restoration was okay but not exceptional. The lead surgeon was very experienced and took time to explain each step. The DHI procedure (3500 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 7 months post-op, results are decent — noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. It ran me about $6,900 all things considered.The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.

Outstanding experience from start to finish
I traveled from Canada for my DHI at Capilea Mexico City. Everything was well organized — airport pickup, hotel arrangements, the works. The procedure day was about close to 9 hours and I was surprised how little pain there was. Got 3200 grafts and the hairline design was exactly what I wanted. Now 10 months post-op, I keep getting compliments from people who have no idea I had anything done. That's the best review I can give — it looks completely natural. Cost me $2,300 which I thought was very fair for the quality.

Exceeded my expectations
Went to Nova Medical Hair Transplant after a friend recommended them. The consultation was thorough — they didn't try to oversell me on grafts I didn't need. Ended up getting 2200 grafts via FUE. The day of the procedure was long but manageable, they kept me comfortable with breaks and entertainment. 4 months later the results speak for themselves. Natural hairline, good density, minimal scarring in the donor area. Really happy with my choice.
