Great results, minor hiccups
Overall very pleased with my FUE at Cosmedica Dr. Levent Acar. Dr. Dr. Levent Acar personally handled everything and was incredibly skilled. Got 2500 grafts and the results at 6 months are looking really good. The hairline design is natural and the density is building nicely. My only complaints are minor — communication via email was sometimes slow. But honestly, these are small things compared to the outcome. Cost me $4,100 which I thought was very fair for the quality.Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would I recommend Cosmedica Dr. Levent Acar? Yes, with the caveat that make sure to follow the aftercare instructions exactly.

Very good but not perfect
I chose Colombia Care after extensive research and I'm mostly very satisfied. DHI with 3800 grafts. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff was great. At 14 months post-op, I'd say I'm at about 85% of what I hoped for. The hairline is excellent but the crown could use a bit more density. At $1,500, it was a fraction of what I was quoted back home.The clinic has been responsive to my follow-up questions. I'd give them a strong recommendation with realistic expectations — no transplant is going to give you the hair you had at 18.
