Life-changing results
I can't say enough good things about my experience at PHR Clinic - Dr. Kaan Pekiner. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, everything was top-notch. The surgeon was skilled and efficient. The procedure itself was 5-6 hours and surprisingly comfortable. I opted for FUE with 4500 grafts to address my receding hairline. The team was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease throughout. Now at 11 months post-op, I'm seeing amazing density and a completely natural-looking hairline. The shedding phase around week 3-4 was nerve-wracking, but they warned me about it. New growth started coming in around month 3-4 and has been filling in steadily since. The total came to $2,700 including everything — hard to beat that price.Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering this.

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for Haarzentrum an der Oper but was left disappointed. Dr. Stefan Duve and the team were fantastic. The Sapphire FUE procedure (4200 grafts) itself was okay, but the consultation felt rushed and I don't think the hairline design was optimal. At 18 months post-op, results are below what was promised. Growth has been patchy in some areas. It ran me about $6,800 all things considered.The clinic has been somewhat responsive to my concerns but I feel like I need a revision. Would not recommend without doing extensive research first.
